When A client receives a product and delivery is complete , he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect
and blemish on the item.
The Faulty item must be returned to ECSTASY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM/ ECSTASY STORE within 7 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will
inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.
In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Ecstasy it shall be forwarded to
Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same price range.
If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.
Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved under 10 days duration from the date of delivery. After that time period none party would be able to
place any request for exchange or return.
Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.
Every customer must be encouraged about on spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.
To get same day delivery order needs to be placed before 11 am.
Order needs to be confirmed by the customer service team until 12 pm.
Product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing over to the delivery agent.
An express delivery charge of TK 200.
For accessories order need to pay full in advance to process delivery.
